 AIIMS Rishikesh , Liquid Chromatography training program organized under department of Pharmacology

Under the Performance #LiquidChromatography (HPLC) training program organized under the aegis of the Department of #Pharmacology, #AIIMSRishikesh, various participants were introduced to the advanced utility of HPLC technology in biomedical research, clinical diagnostics and personalized drug development.

Addressing the training program organized under the guidance of the Institute’s Executive Director Professor (Dr.) Meenu Singh, Professor Shailendra Handu, Head of the Department of Pharmacology, emphasized on the principles and technical skills useful in personalized drug development and research work. He gave detailed information and skills to the participants on topics such as practical experience of HPLC equipment and monitoring of drug levels, analysis of biological samples, and identification of biomarkers.

Professor Puneet Dhamija, Organizing Secretary of the program, emphasized the importance of this technology and said that it opens new opportunities for quality control, problem solving, and career advancement for researchers and students.

He said that technology like HPLC can not only bring revolutionary changes in the field of research, but can also enable students and professionals to meet global standards.

Dr. Vikas Kumar, Assistant Professor and Training Specialist, Department of Pharmacology, AIIMS Bathinda, said that the aim of this training is to prepare the participants to contribute to medical research and therapeutic innovations.

Dr. Gyanvardhan, Training Coordinator of the program, told the participants that it is an excellent platform for skill development according to the changing needs of the industry.

B. Pharma, M. Pharma, and PG level students from many institutions including Uttaranchal University, BHU, Vivek College, Shivalik College and Devbhoomi University participated in the program. During this, various faculty members of the Department of Pharmacology, SR, JR and many others were present.
