Illegal encroachment of hawkers and stall removed from Muni ki Reti

On the instructions of District Magistrate Tehri, Muni Ki Reti Police and Municipal Administration jointly removed the illegal encroachment of hawkers and stalls spread on main roads, Astha Path, Ghats. During this, the team seized half a dozen encroachment materials.
On Wednesday, a joint team of Muni Ki Reti Police and Municipal Council Muni Ki Reti-Dhalwala gathered at Kailash Gate Chowki with tractor, JCB under the leadership of Police Sub Inspector Sachin Pundir and In-charge Sanitation Inspector Kailash Chandra Semwal. From here the team reached the boundary of the body in Laxman Jhula Road and started the work of removing the illegal encroachment of hawkers and stalls spread on the roadside. Seeing the sudden action, there was panic among the encroachers, they started collecting their belongings in a hurry. After this, the team removed the illegal encroachments spread in Janaki Jhula Parking, Astha Path, Kharasrot Ghat and Omkaranand Ghat. During this, the team seized half a dozen illegal encroachment materials.
Supervisor Jitendra Singh Sajwan, Police Sub-Inspector Rajendra Singh Rawat, Deepika Tiwari, Assistant Sub-Inspector Lakshmi Pant, Ranjan Kandhari, Cleaning Supervisor Mukul etc. were present on the spot.
