In the third stage camp, the Municipal Council Muni Ki Reti-Dhalwala informed the scouts and guides about plastic awareness and separation of wet and dry garbage at the source itself.
On the instructions of Administrator Devendra Singh Negi and Executive Officer Ankita Joshi, a workshop was organized by the Municipal Council Muni Ki Reti-Dhalwala to make the scouts and guides aware of cleanliness in the third stage camp organized at Lal Bahadur Shastri School Dhalwala under the Uttarakhand State Foundation Day Silver Festival and Swachh Survey 2024. First of all, the scouts and guides welcomed the body’s team with applause. After this, Sanitation Inspector Manoj Bisht gave information to the scouts and guides about the ill effects of plastic and its prevention. Along with this, an appeal was made to maintain cleanliness around them and put the garbage in the dustbin. After this, the body’s team told the scouts and guides about separating wet and dry garbage at the source itself and gave information about the use of blue-green dustbins. Member Swachh Survey 2024 Prajjwal Sharma and Supervisor of the implementing agency JBB Technocrat, Jatan Kothiyal, told the scouts and guides about Triple R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) for waste management. After this, certificates were also distributed by the body for providing special support to all the scouts and guides in the program.
