 Praveen Delhi won first place in the wrestling competition held on the first day in Rishikesh

Rishikesh, 3 February 2025: An exciting wrestling competition was organized today at the Municipal Corporation Ground, Haridwar Road, Rishikesh, in which a total of 21 wrestling matches took place. Famous wrestlers from all over the country participated in this competition and gave the audience a wonderful sports experience.

The biggest and main wrestling took place between Praveen Delhi and Chakit Nazibabad, in which Praveen Delhi performed brilliantly and won. Praveen was given a prize of Rs 6,100 for this victory. Prince Bijnor was in second place, who won Rs 2,600. Billa Gujjar (Saharanpur) and Pratap (Haryana) were in third place, between whom the wrestling was equal and both got a prize of Rs 2,100.

Many wrestlers of Ram Charan Akhara of Rishikesh also performed brilliantly in this competition. Sunil Pehlwan, Nitesh Pehlwan and Sameer Pehlwan won their wrestling matches and entertained the audience.

The referee of the competition was Shri Ram Prasad Bhardwaj and the assistant referee was Charan Pehlwan. Jai Prakash Thekedar, Bhuvaneshwar Prasad Bhardwaj and Nagendra Singh ji played an important role in the management.

This event not only attracted sports lovers but also inspired the youth towards sports. The program concluded by congratulating all the winners and participants.
