SDRF Dhalwala Team Conducts Disaster Preparedness Training for Students

On August 29, 2024, the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) Dhalwala team conducted a comprehensive disaster preparedness training session for students at Government Higher Secondary School Rajiv Gram Dhalwala. The training focused on equipping students with essential knowledge and skills to respond effectively to various emergencies.

The team provided in-depth instruction on a range of topics, including:

  • First Aid Techniques: Students learned how to properly handle injuries, stop bleeding, and administer CPR.
  • Disaster Response: The team demonstrated techniques for rescuing individuals from accidents, earthquakes, floods, and fires.
  • Safety Protocols: Students were instructed on safety measures to follow during emergencies, such as evacuation procedures and shelter in place guidelines.

The SDRF team included Inspector Kavinder Sajwan, Head Constable Darman Singh, Arjun Panwar, Constable Ramesh Bhatt, Matwar Singh, Ravindra Singh, Anil Singh, and H.O.G. Sandeep Rawat.

School Principal Shri Mahavir Prasad Nautiyal, along with teachers Ashok Kumar Deshwal, Chandramohan Gaur, Om Prakash Ranakoti, Bhagatram Bijalwan, and Pushkar Singh Aswal, participated in the public awareness program.
