38th National games Haryana dominates in beach handball competition

Haryana’s women’s team dominated the third day of the beach handball competition held in Shivpuri under the 38th National Games. Four competitions each were held for men and women. The semi-finals will be held today, Thursday.

On the third day of the beach handball competition being held on the banks of the Ganga river in Shivpuri, the first match in the men’s category was held between Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh. In the first half match, Rajasthan’s team scored 15 points and Andhra Pradesh’s team scored 9 points. In the second half match, Rajasthan scored 27 and Andhra Pradesh’s team scored 17 points. This match was won by Rajasthan. Baldhari from Rajasthan’s team performed well.

The second match in the men’s category was held between SSCB (Sports Services Control Board) and Uttarakhand. In the first match, SSCB’s team scored 18 and Uttarakhand’s team scored 15 points. In the second half match, SSCB scored 19 and Uttarakhand’s team scored 16 points. This match was won by SSCB. Deepak Ahlawat performed well.

The third match in the women’s category was held between Kerala and West Bengal. In the first half match, Kerala scored 11 points and West Bengal team scored 8 points. In the second half match, Kerala team scored 16 points and West Bengal team scored 14 points.
This match was won by Kerala team.
Kerala player Alphonso Biju gave the best performance.
The fourth match in women’s category was held between Haryana and Uttarakhand. In the first half match, Haryana team scored 36 points, whereas Uttarakhand team could score only 2 points. In the second half match, Haryana team scored 25 points and Uttarakhand team scored 01 point. This match was won by Haryana. Prachi from Haryana gave the best performance.

The fifth match was played between Uttar Pradesh and Goa in the men’s category. In the first half, Goa scored 8 points and Uttar Pradesh team scored 13 points. In the second half, Goa team scored 04 points and Uttar Pradesh team scored 23 points. Uttar Pradesh team won this match. Shubham performed well in the team.

The sixth match was played between Jharkhand and Telangana in the men’s category. In the first half, Jharkhand team scored 20 points and Telangana team scored 18 points. In the second half, Jharkhand team scored 20 points and Telangana team scored 14 points. This match was won by Jharkhand. Jharkhand’s Mohammad Shahrukh Anwar performed well.

The seventh match was played between Goa and Chhattisgarh in the women’s category. In the first half, Goa team scored 07 points and Chhattisgarh team scored 21 points.

In the second half, Goa scored 02 points and Chhattisgarh got 17 points. This match was won by Chhattisgarh. Chhattisgarh’s Kajal performed best in the team.

The last match was played between Assam and Maharashtra in the women’s category. In the first half match, Assam team got 15 points and Maharashtra team got 10 points.

In the second match, Assam team got 18 points and Maharashtra team got 14 points. Assam team won this match. Tarali performed best in the team.

On this occasion, Sunil Bhardwaj, Arjun Prasad, Hitik, Shahzad, Manav Chawla, Jaiprakash Kukreti, Divyanshu Mishra etc. were present.
