Renowned Bhajan Singer Krishna Das to Perform in Rishikesh for Cancer Charity
Internationally acclaimed Grammy nominated American bhajan singer Krishna Das will take part in a special kirtan program organized by Ganga Prem Hospice at Ashirwad Vatika, Haridwar Road, Rishikesh, on October 25 and 26. The proceeds from the event will go toward the care of cancer patients in India.
Krishna Das will spend two days in Rishikesh for this charitable program. Known for his deep devotion and soulful chanting, he has previously visited Rishikesh several times and has helped raise substantial funds for cancer patients through similar musical events.
According to Pooja Dogra, Executive Officer of Ganga Prem Hospice, Krishna Das has been a steadfast supporter of the hospice for the past ten years, regularly using his performances to raise funds for patient care. His last appearance in Rishikesh was at the Swami Swatantrananda Ashram in Swami Dayanand Nagar, Sheeshamjhadi, in 2024.
