Nagar Panchayat Tapovan hereby notifies all citizens, tourists, and visitors that the following regulations are strictly applicable at Tapovan Ghat:
1. प्रवेश प्रतिबंध | Entry Restriction
रात्रि 11:00 बजे के पश्चात तपोवन घाट पर प्रवेश पूर्णतः वर्जित है।
Entry to Tapovan Ghat is strictly prohibited after 11:00 PM.
2. नशीले पदार्थों पर प्रतिबंध | Prohibition of Intoxicants
घाट परिसर में किसी भी प्रकार के मादक/नशीले पदार्थों का सेवन या विक्रय दंडनीय अपराध है।
Consumption or sale of any intoxicants or narcotic substances on the Ghat is a legal offense.
3. राफ्टिंग के दौरान नदी जलस्तर | River Water Level Advisory
राफ्टिंग गतिविधियों के दौरान नदी का जलस्तर अचानक बढ़ सकता है — सावधान रहें।
The river water level may rise suddenly during rafting activities. Exercise caution at all times.
4. व्यक्तिगत सुरक्षा | Personal Valuables
अपनी व्यक्तिगत वस्तुओं की सुरक्षा स्वयं सुनिश्चित करें।
Visitors are responsible for the safety and security of their personal valuables.
5. पार्किंग व्यवस्था | Parking
घाट पर पार्किंग की सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं है। कृपया निर्धारित पार्किंग स्थल पर ही वाहन पार्क करें।
Parking is not available at the Ghat. Please use designated parking areas only.
6. ध्वनि प्रदूषण | Noise Restriction
रात्रि 10:00 बजे के पश्चात तेज़ संगीत बजाना या किसी भी प्रकार का शोर करना प्रतिबंधित है।
Playing loud music or creating excessive noise is prohibited after 10:00 PM.
7. स्वच्छता | Cleanliness
घाट पर कचरा फैलाना या गंदगी करना दंडनीय अपराध है। स्वच्छता बनाए रखें।
Littering or creating unsanitary conditions on the Ghat is a punishable offense.
8. बच्चों की सुरक्षा | Child Safety
नदी तट के निकट बच्चों को अकेला न छोड़ें।
Do not leave children unattended near the riverbank under any circumstances.
9. अनुमति अनिवार्य | Prior Permission Required
कैम्पिंग, बोनफायर, DJ सेटअप अथवा किसी भी सामूहिक आयोजन हेतु नगर पंचायत तपोवन से पूर्व अनुमति लेना अनिवार्य है। अनधिकृत गतिविधियों पर जुर्माना एवं प्रशासनिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
Prior permission from Nagar Panchayat Tapovan is mandatory for camping, bonfires, DJ setups, and any organised activities. Unauthorized activities will attract fines and administrative action
