Italian warmth, Israeli zest, Indian soul, and the quiet discipline of a fully vegan, gluten-free kitchen come together here in a menu that feels both global and grounded. The vegan cakes alone have earned a devoted following among travellers who arrive in Rishikesh searching for something nourishing — and leave with Tattva as the meal they remember most.

Behind this experience is a kitchen led with precision and care by Chef Subhash Kumar, Chef Ganesh Bhist, and Chef Dewan, with commission chefs Santosh Kumar, Chotu Laal, and Sagar lending additional craft to the menu. On the floor, a service team of Ram Singh, Lalit Danu, Rahul, Rohit, Amit, and Dheeraj ensures each guest feels genuinely welcomed. Owners Rahul and Rohit hold it all together — their shared vision quietly evident in every plate that leaves the kitchen.
