On the fifth day of the International Yoga Festival, the live demonstration of Laughter Yoga and Marma Chikitsa panel discussion were the special events. Laughter is the best meditation. On Tuesday, morning meditation was conducted by Heartfulness at the International Yoga Festival.

After that, Laughter Yoga was done by Swami Bodhi Vardhaman in which he said that “Laughter is the best medicine”. According to him, if you do Laughter Yoga for 10 to 15 minutes a day, then hormonal recharge starts in your body. Today people live under stress. Laughter is the easiest way to get out of stress. If you laugh for 8 minutes your stress level becomes zero. Which has been my personal experience. Our body is not able to differentiate between fake and real laughter. The best massage for the face is done through laughter yoga and laughter meditation. This International Yoga Festival is definitely being organized for test development. Because it is a cure for the mind. If your taste develops then you will be able to take further classes and do yoga. Laughter meditation is going on here. People should take advantage of this for their body.

After this, a heartfulness session was conducted by Dr. Hester O’Connor at the festival. Then the relevance of Marma Chikitsa was discussed. In which there was a panel discussion with live demonstration. It was praised by many people and a large number of people participated.

After this, Kirtan took place in the evening like every day. When the yogis performed kirtan in the spirit of devotion, the entire atmosphere around them became devotional. All the devotees who came from India and abroad especially learned a lot in this Kirtan evening. Bhajan Sandhya plays a very important role in removing the mental stress of a person. After this, yoga practitioners participated in Ganga Aarti and prayed to Mother Ganga and wished happiness and peace for everyone. After that, today’s program ended late in the evening with the live musical play on the theme “Jo Dooba So Paar”. In which acting and concentration was seen. In which the artists received a lot of applause.
